Who we are
Baltic Grand Prix is organised by Dance Centre “Spektrs”. Privacy enquiries: aigar.s@inbox.lv, +371 29191191.
What information is handled
- Website visits: Hostnet receives connection information, including IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and secure the site. Security and error logs may be kept. The basis is the legitimate interest in operating a safe website.
- Email enquiries: the organiser uses the contact details and information you send to answer you or handle your entry. The basis is handling a contract or a request before a contract, or the legitimate interest in answering general enquiries.
- Festival photos and video: the website shows identifiable people in event coverage and archive material. Contact the organiser about a particular image, its source, legal basis or a privacy objection.
Hosting administrators and email providers handle information needed to provide their services. This site has no advertising trackers or audience analytics, and makes no automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about visitors.
External services
Registration and ticket payments happen on LSDF and Biļešu Paradīze websites, under their privacy notices. The organiser may receive participant details needed to administer entries. Social and hotel-booking links also lead to separate services.
Embedded Google Maps loads only when you choose it. Google receives connection information and may use cookies or process data outside the EEA as described in Google’s privacy policy. An external map link is available instead. See our cookie information.
Retention
Enquiries are retained while the request or entry is being handled and where needed for legal obligations or disputes. Log retention follows hosting and security settings. Festival images remain while relevant to event coverage or the archive, subject to rights requests. Ask the organiser for the retention period and recipients applicable to your record.
Your rights
Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to legitimate-interest processing, or withdraw consent where consent is used. Email aigar.s@inbox.lv. You can also complain to Latvia’s Data State Inspectorate.
